Signs Lk. 11:29-32
Jesus warned about the danger of looking for signs.
If I performed some great sign,
Such as healing the sick or raising the dead,
Or making water flow from the Jumbo,
This church would be packed.
Instead, all I do is change bread and wine,
Into the Body and /blood of Christ,
That will raise you up on the Last Day to Eternal Life,
And only a handful come.
Those who believe, need no sign,
While those who do not,
Even if someone rises from the dead,
They will still not believe.
