What do we owe? Mt 17:22-27
Jesus reminded His disciples to give to Caesar what they owed Caesar and to give to God what they owed God.
So we give our taxes to Caesar.
And in return Caesar gives us roads and schools and other social assistance.
We give to God our thanks,
Because God gives us our life, our very existence,
And our Eternal Life!
And this is why we come to Mass.
to always give thanks,
Because the death of Jesus,
Gives us Eternal Life.
