Thursday 31st. Week of Ordinary time

Everything is rubbish Phil 3:3-9

Think of all the things you have. 

All the clothes;

All the money;

All the recognition 

All your possessions;

They are rubbish and will end up in the rubbish. 

This is why St. Paul counted all that he had as rubbish 

All he wanted was to know Christ and the power of His resurrection by sharing in the suffering of His cross. 

For this and only this endures forever.
