Friday 29th week of Ordinary Time

Our Calling Eph. 4:1-6

As the Election Day draws near we look at the candidates and consider their qualities and the characteristics which they should have to fulfill their office.

It is no different with us.

We are called to be Christians.

And should be worthy of that calling.

So what are the qualities and characteristics that a person should have to fulfill their calling as a Christian?

St. Paul tells us to have

Humility and Gentleness;

We must strive to be patient as we bear with one another;

And we must strive to preserve our unity by being Peacemakers.

Then we will not only have fulfilled our calling as Christians,

But we will be true children of our Heavenly Father.
