Come on Down!
In the game show The Price is Right
If you Guess the Right Price it is yours.
What is the price of a new TV?
A new car?
A house?
A vacation?
How much money?
How many hours of your life must you pay to have it.
Nothing is free in this world.
Freedom is not free.
You have to pay the price,
You have to sacrifice
For your liberty
And even to leave this world
It Is not free
As you have to pay to be buried.
Everything in this world has a price.
Jesus however says,
Come to the water.
Where is everything is free;
Forgiveness is free
Peace of mind is free
Grace is free
Eternal life is free
Come to the water of Baptism if you are thirsty
Come to this Banquet if you are hungry
There is No charge;
With Jesus you never have to guess the price.
It is always free.
For Jesus has paid the price.
With His own Blood.
