Marriage Mt. 19:3-12
The Catholic Church gets her teaching and Faith from Jesus and what He says.
Sometimes what Jesus says is hard to accept and understand
However if we believe Him to be the Way, the Truth and the Life,
If we believe that He is the Son of God
If we believe that He is the Christ.
If we believe He is the Resurrection and the Life.
Then we must accept His teaching whether we agree with it or understand it.
And His teaching on marriage is clear,
“God made them male and female, for this reason
A man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife and the two shall become one flesh. “Mt. 19:4-5
